The Kelvedon Suite promises a tasteful and elegant venue for your wedding, with a private balcony overlooking the splendid surrounds. We can accommodate various sized parties with a maximum of 120 seated and 200 standing. With excellent service and superb cuisine, a private bar, dance floor and amenities exclusive to you ensures Birchwood Park to be the perfect host for your wedding celebrations along with the option to create Bespoke Packages, designed to suit you. Here at Birchwood Park Golf and County Club we take pride in our personal touch we add to our couples and understand you cannot experience that until you come and see us in person so please contact us to discuss your big day. Please note we do not allow Dry Hire or External Catering options as we are an in-house Wedding Venue.

Sharna and Beth were very helpful with planning and Sue the manager on the day was very lovely. They are very organised and co ordinated. would recommend them! A day we will never forget!We recently had a wedding here at Birchwood Park, admittedly when we first began looking at venues Birchwood Park were not the top of our list. However with the ongoing support from the Event Managers and having so much flexibility with packages and decoration. The team actually advised for us to do a bespoke package as it would work more cost effective for us. The venue itself has stunning views and a lovely entrance for confetti shot and loads of grounds for photo opportunities. Granted it's not the most glamourous venue but we loved that we had the freedom to decorate how we wanted with the help of a venue decorator. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the food was delicious. I'd highly recommend putting Birchwood Park at the top of you list if you are considering them as a venue. The staff were really helpful throughout the day and made sure the day run smoothly. Such a good value for money venue and easy to add as much or as little decor you would like. The wedding team, Sharna and Sue were excellent from start of planning to the event. The food was very good indeed, high quality and beautifully cooked - our compliments to the chef. Lots of our guests commented how much they enjoyed the meal. The waiters on the day were also excellent, and served with a smile. The whole team made sure our reception was perfect. My partner decided to have a drink and the venue were more than accommodating with leaving the car over night. Everyone said how great it was, we had so much fun and all the team were really lovely.
