I’ve been making cakes professionally for over 14 years. Everything is handcrafted by me, from the first sketch to the final details. I live and work in Cornwall, where I draw inspiration from the landscape around me. When I’m not baking, you’ll usually find me walking the coast path & moors, sailing, drawing, or cooking something new. I’m also a bit of a homebody – happiest with a sketchpad or experimenting in the kitchen!
