They pride themselves on using only the finest ingredients including locally sourced Cornish farm butter, farm free range eggs, homemade conserves from Devon fruit farms and not forgetting the finest Belgium chocolate in every cake. To create their flawless smooth finish they use the innovative Australian decorating technique using indulgent creamy white chocolate ganache which ensures a perfect finish to each and every one of their cakes so it tastes as spectacular as it looks.
