I specialise in designing wedding cakes that are completely unique to you – combining beautiful design, exceptional flavour, and the little details that make your cake truly yours.
With over 14 years’ experience and a background in art and fashion design, I bring creativity, precision, and a love of working with couples to every cake I make. What is your most memorable wedding?
A very simple cake design but my clients wanted very personal toppers & table decorations, asking if it was ok to include gold dinosaurs & ammonites? I'm a strong beleiver in you doing things your way, I'm just going to help you achieve the idea's in your head!

Describe how you got into making wedding cakes.
I studied fashion design and have always been very creative. As a child I loved to spend hours in the kitchen with my grandmother creating birthday cakes for my siblings and myself never thinking this could be a career but after working in fashion & retail I took the opportunity to manage a cake retail outlet & built my cake skills and knowledge & now work for myself.
