Their cultural wedding team has experience hosting Indian, Italian, Lebanese, Chinese, Nepali, Pakistani & Bangladeshi and more. They can theme your wedding according to your preferences and help you host a wedding respecting your traditions.
Wedding Spaces at Windsor Function Centre
Windsor Function Centre has elegant rooms, which can be combined to increase the capacity. The rooms are:
- Macquarie Room: Includes stage and can be combined with the Phillip room; the capacity is 320 seated guests or 550 standing people
- Phillip Room: Features brilliant chandeliers and is an excellent option for smaller weddings with up to 100 guests for a sit-down reception or 200 guests for a cocktail party
- Bligh Room: Charming room for 70 seated guests or 120 standing people
The maximum capacity is 750 guests in the combined Macquarie and Philip room. In that case, the Phillip room works as a mezzanine to the Macquarie room. This room setting supports various table layouts and a dance floor.

It has a lot of dining/ceremony space for a large gathering and a smaller low mezzanine space for further seating and buffet. There is a large, curtained stage. Raj and Kamal provided such a grand service from start to finish. My sis in law had her wedding reception there and forgot to order food for the kids, they even catered for that. So thoughtful! The boys gave us the confidence that our dream day would be perfect and they delivered, but they also went above what we expected and with there experience added more advice to make it that extra special of which it was and our gratitude goes to them and there hard working team.Me and wife had our wedding reception at the Windsor function centre and from the moment we had our first meeting up until our very last we were shown professionalism on a level which I feel is rare nowadays. I held my wedding reception at the Windsor Function Centre and it was exceptional! From the very start my partner and I got an idea of the amazing service offered by this facility upon meeting Raj. After visiting many facilities, being greeted by Raj was warm and refreshing which made our decision very easy. Furthermore, the function room itself is beautiful! and didn't require much external decorations as they have wonderful packages already set up.Wow! Amazing service and people! I held my wedding reception at the Windsor Function Centre and it was exceptional! From the very start my partner and I got an idea of the amazing service offered by this facility upon meeting Raj.
