Dean and his staff were incredibly accommodating with all our guests' requirements, ensuring everyone felt welcome. The chapel, gardens, and overall venue were immaculate, providing a stunning backdrop for the day/night. The food and beverages were also excellent. I cannot recommend this venue highly enough, you won't be disappointed.My son recently married his beautiful wife at this venue, and to say I’m impressed would be an understatement. We love serving Bubble Tea there and the staff were super friendly and always offer to help us unload our van or offer us a drink on a hot day. Love coming here. We both fell in love with Vue as soon as we stepped into Vue. Our guests, including our pastor, cannot stop saying that Vue is a really beautiful venue. Do you have accommodation onsite?
No, however we have some perfect local referrals we can provide, these are also listed on our preferred supplier list.
Do you have a designated bridal room?
Yes, we sure do! We have a lovely bridal suite onsite for you to access over your reception. Complete with a couch, bathroom and space to chill.
When can our suppliers have access to set up?
All suppliers are welcome onsite from 9am-3pm the day of your wedding, they will have full access of the venue and chapel for set up. Bands, Dj’s, photo booth’s that may like to set up later will have access from 3pm on the day.
Am I sharing the beautiful views and grounds with other bridal couples?
No! You book your wedding with us and you have full exclusivity to the venue, grounds, vineyard and eremony locatins.
Are Dogs allowed on site for photos?
We understand fur babies are a huge part of your life so you are most welcome to bring your dog up for some photos however they are to have a minder that is in charge of your pet and with them the whole time. We advise to have pets stay no longer than 30 minutes.
Can I add styling components to my special day?
You are welcome to source your own components such as coloured napkins, furnishings, feature walls/backdrops, signage etc. We require you to send through your thoughts for approval before booking these suppliers. We also handle some "in house" styling options.
What is the planning process for our wedding?
We provide planning support: Confirm > Email Comms: Runsheet, Floorplans > Planning Session Onsite > Rehearsal offered > Let's Do this - Let's Get Married!
How do we secure our wedding at Vue on Halcyon?
Confirm your wedding date in an email, we will send you a confirmation document which you will then be required to pay a $1,000 non-refundable deposit to secure your date - Yay!!
