Despite the challenges they were facing due to the weather, they were always incredibly positive and friendly, always helpful and nothing was too much trouble. My husband and I recently got married at the Kirkton and would really like to thank Alison the Wedding Coordinator, and all the staff for their incredible hard work and professionalism during our wedding day and the entire 5 days we and our guests stayed at the Kirkton. Despite the challenges they were facing due to the weather, they were always incredibly positive and friendly, always helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

They went out of their way to make our 34th wedding anniversary very special. We are certainly going to make plans to go back back as we would now wouldn't stay anywhere else. The couple picked the right venue for their special day, truly a memorable one. The guests really enjoyed the atmosphere, we did too! Celebrated our first wedding anniversary here. Would highly recommend it to be a romantic getaway destination for any couple. The hotel was spacious and beautiful and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I just wished we had more time here so we could use their services! Would have loved to pack a picnic and go bike riding, or hangout with family playing jumbo boardgames near the woodfire pizza oven. Buffet breakfast was delicious with a great selection of hot and cold items. And the beds were like sleeping on clouds! Sooo comfortable. Definitely recommend this place.We stayed overnight for a wedding. The hotel was spacious and beautiful and the staff were super helpful and friendly.
