We can also provide accommodation for your wedding party and guests to retire to after your celebrations. Our extensive property has a variety of outdoor ceremony areas and allows you to choose the perfect setting for your wedding. For your reception, our modern renovated barn can cater for small or large parties, numbers ranging from 50 – 200 people. Toorongo River Chalets specialises in making your wedding day perfect and we can assist you in finding the right photographer, florist, hairdresser, celebrant, wedding cake specialist and any other services that you may require when planning your special day. Our rustic ‘barn’ makes for the perfect setting for your Wedding Reception. All of our amazing Wedding Reception options allow you to have exclusive use of the stunning Estate which is Toorongo River Chalets. Enjoy amazing canapés whilst taking in the scenery from the beautiful outdoor deck and you and your guests can finish off the night dancing away under the stars. There are a number of different reception packages from the very popular ‘Cocktail Experience’ to our ‘Feasting’ Packages, there is something to suit everyones taste and budget. For our beverage packages you can choose from our all inclusive package or alternatively you can BYO. We understand that each couple has their own unique ideas for their wedding day and our capable team and trusted suppliers will work with you to create your dream wedding. We recently had our wedding at Toorongo River Chalets. Our day went absolutely perfectly because of the fantastic team! Troy, Cathy and the rest of their team went above and beyond to make the day go smoothly and ensured all guests were well taken care of, so we could enjoy our day and not have to worry about logistics. I highly recommend the venue to anyone looking for a wedding venue or anyone wanting a little retreat away from the city.We recently had our wedding at Toorongo River Chalets. I cannot praise this place enough. We stayed at the Mannagum chalet for the weekend and had our wedding at the venue by the river bank. The chalet was nice and cozy with a beautiful view. The staff went above and beyond. We were shocked and amazed at how much effort everyone went to to make the day perfect. Everyone was so helpful. It was definitely worth every cent. We will definitely be returning to the chalet and will definitely recommend the venue to friends and family for future weddings.I cannot praise this place enough. Thank you so much Troy and all of the team! Our wedding was everything we could have dreamt of and more! Everything we asked for was catered to, if we couldn’t find something or get something, Troy would find it for us. Every guest said it was the best or one of the best weddings they have ever been to because of how beautiful the venue is. This is by far the best place in Victoria to get married. Will never ever forget this beautiful venue and the staff that made our day so amazing. Thank youThank you so much Troy and all of the team! An exceptional venue An exceptional venue
I'm a celebrant and recently married a couple at Tooronga River Chalets. The difference between a good venue and an exceptional venue is the staff. Troy and his team are absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond to create a fabulous day for the couple. The grounds are so beautiful too. It was really lovely working with them on this wedding ceremony and cant wait to go back in the future.I'm a celebrant and recently married a couple at Tooronga River Chalets. Troy is the next best thing to a Genie! I have to say, I have never met a man as dedicated & hardworking as Troy. My daughter was married in November 2023 & Troy was our everything. He arranged everything, if he didn’t know something, he found out about it. We tasked Troy with a wedding involving an entire disabled bridal party & groom party, wheelchairs, (electric & manual), crutches, everything. Nothing was too much. Everything was done to perfection & then more! The grounds are stunning.Troy is the next best thing to a Genie! I have to say, I have never met a man as dedicated & hardworking as Troy. The perfect wedding venue✨ My husband and I recently got married at Toorongo River Chalets and could not be happier with our choice. The venue speaks for itself with stunning nature backdrops, and spectacular features such as the light tree, love sign, love swing and the festoon lighting on the deck. Troy and Julie are so accomodating and will go above and beyond to make your wedding day a dream come true.
