Tokar Estate

Tokar Estate is a family-owned winery in Yarra Valley, offering its lovely grounds and exceptional hospitality experience for your wedding. The Coldstream venue hosts intimate weddings with the following capacity:

• Restaurant: Seated: Minimum 30, maximum 60; cocktail: maximum 80 people
• Marquee: 80 seated; 100 cocktail

Tokar Estate is cherished for its great views of surrounding nature, vineyards and mountain ranges. The venue offers catering services through Tokar Estate’s exclusive catering partners, offering a variety of wedding menus, from classic seated meals to fun and creative cocktail menus.

Everything else, from décor to table setting, is provided in-house.

Wedding Package at Tokar Estate

Tokar Estate specialises in intimate weddings and has a team committed to success and personalised service. Wedding package features:

• 5-hour beverage package
• 6-hour venue use 
• Bump in time for suppliers
• Cellar door use for pre-reception drinks and lawn games
• Tokar’s styling items: linen, candles, wishing well, personalised printed menus, easel, festoon lights

The beverage package features wines from the Tokar Estate range, beer, cider, non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and tea. Available upgrades include a deluxe wine selection and local beer. The upgraded package includes the option BYO spirits and Tokar’s staff will serve them.

You can upgrade with free-flowing cocktails at an additional fee.          

 Ceremony Package

Tokar’s Estate offers several romantic ceremony sites – under the Gleditsia tree, in front of the vines or at the restaurant deck.

The ceremony package includes a complete set-up with 30 chairs, a registry table, wine barrels and early access. You’ll also get photography rights on the grounds.
