• Rooftop: Outdoor area with great views of vibrant Brunswick Street and casual atmosphere, available for complete or partial renting; capacity: 184 guests for a cocktail party, seated capacity: 40-70 people
• The Salon: Wonderful room with old-style French charm and private bar, fireplaces and luxury chandeliers; capacity: 180 guests for a cocktail party, seated capacity: 40-80 people
• The Courtyard: Partially covered outdoor space for casual cocktail parties under 80 people
• The Chameleon Bar AKA The Chammy: Features rustic details, such as timber floor and terrazzo murals; capacity: 80 guests for a cocktail party, seated capacity: 40 people
• Whole venue: For grand weddings up to 685 standing or 300 seated guests

Catering at Provincial

Provincial has convenient canapé packages and set wedding menus for seated dinners. 

Canapé packages include 6, 8 or 10 items per person as a combination of standard and premium canapé selections with options to add substantial items.

Set menus feature 2,3 or 4-course alternate drop and shared items. For a set fee, you can add a deluxe grazing table with a selection of cured meat and local cheeses, dried and fresh fruits and more luxury items.

For drinks choose between:

• Cash bar – Your guests pay for their drinks
• Bar tab on consumption – You pay for the drinks your guests ordered
• Beverage packages: Your selection of drinks served from 2 to 4 houses during receptions, come as standard, premium and deluxe list

There is an option to upgrade the packages with champagnes and cocktails on arrival.
