Their staff made us feel very special on the night and the service was exceptional. With the new upgrades to the venue, it looks and feels absolutely amazing. Fair pricing, amazing food, it far exceeded our expectations and we definitely recommend The Grand Ballroom for any event.We had our wedding there recently and Donato and Mimi were a pleasure to work with leading up to it. There was plenty of food, we didn't go away hungry. There was a good selection of drinks from the bar. The complex was set out well and was very eye catching. It would be an excellent venue to have a conference, wedding or just a place to have a large gathering. There is a lot of parking available. The staff were friendly and helpful. I truly recommend trying this place, you won't be disappointed.We went there for a 3 course meal and dancing last night. We had a great time. There was plenty of food, we didn't go away hungry. We got married when Covid peaked in Adelaide, which made it a very stressful time finding out the week of our wedding that guests were unable to attend. Don and Mimi were so helpful, easy to deal with and compromised so much with us. They instantly put our worries at ease. The food was FANTASTIC and the room look STUNNING. Their value for money and service is like no other. Cannot thank you guys enough for making it easy and seamless for us.We cannot recommend The Grand Ballroom enough.
