Tranquil outdoor areas and luxury venues with timeless décor paint the picturesque ambience at The Gardens on Forest. Explore the venues for your day:
- Garden bay: Private garden setting with shaded areas, stone paving and Grecian columns; when you add elegant chairs and a signing table, the space transforms into a unique ceremony site; Serendipity Tea House and powder room are accessible from the garden
- Garden Cottage: Charming space with vaulted ceiling, tropical fans and Moroccan laps; features French doors that open to the gardens and stained glass windows with garden views; capacity: 30 – 50 guests
- Garden View: Classic Victorian ballroom, features vaulted ceilings, lavish chandeliers, timber dance floor, modern sound system, and LED strip lighting; has access to the marble terrace and great views of the gardens; capacity: 60 – 100 people
- The Garden Court: Spectacular pillarless Art Nuovo Ballroom with high ceilings, glittering chandeliers and natural light; the hall has access to the courtyard and additional outdoor space; capacity: 120 – 350 seated guests, 400 cocktail-style
There are two bridal suites on site:
- Garden View: Located under the staircase and decorated in classic Victorian style; has access to powder room
- Garden Court: Luxury Baroque-style room with golf lounge suite
Wedding Catering
The dedicated event coordinators will help select the best menu type for your occasion, whether you’ve dreaming about canapes and cocktail event, formal seated meal or anything else.
Menu options include Western Cuisine, Indian/Bengali and Nepali cuisine. The venue has comprehensive beverage service.

We had an outdoor ceremony and Leah was ready with a Plan B in case it rained (luckily it didn't!). The whole team was ready to work with our vendors and celebrant directly on the day, taking a lot of pressure off of our shoulders on such an important day. I cannot thank the team enough for helping us achieve such a beautiful ceremony.Leah was crucial in making our wedding the magical experience that it was.
