The Crown & Anchor Hotel

The Crown & Anchor Hotel is over 140 years old and is classified a historic building. With this we have kept a lot of its original features in place to ensure this hall is beautiful and elegant for your wedding. We have a full kitchen and bar upstairs that can comfortably sit over 120 guests. This hotel is a historic building within the CBD of Newcastle. If you envisioned a laid-back beautiful wedding where your wedding guests are fine dined and can dance until late, we have a 3am licence, then the historic hall at The Crown & Anchor Hotel is the perfect place for your special day. We can cater for any wedding celebration, big or small. We have a wide wedding menu you can choose from which include a full 3-4 course meals or just something simple like grazing tables. We have a late night trading licence and get comfortable fit up to 120 people seated or standing of 140 plus.
