Wedding Menu

Expect attentive service and bespoke menus for your memorable reception. On the day of the wedding, each guest will select their meal from the venue's menu choices.

Meal combinations are: 

• 3-course meal: entrée, main and dessert
• 2-course meal: main and dessert
• 2-course entrée and main

For entrée, guests can select from sous vide salmon and kingfish, confit duck and pork terrine, and heirloom roasted beetroot.

For the main dish, your guests are presented with a list of gourmet meat, fish and vegan dishes, such as grilled cone barramundi, beef fillet, and lamb shanks.

Dessert selection features more traditional Australian and international desserts, such as sticky date pudding, apple crumble tart and coffee pannacotta.

The extensive drink list includes delicious cocktails, mocktails, sparkling wines, fine red and white wines from the Margaret River region and France, bubbles, local and imported beers and soft drinks.
