Ceremony Packages at Summergrove Estate

The ceremony at Summergrove Estate is available as an individual service on Mondays and Tuesdays or as part of the bundle – reception and ceremony - year round. 

Ceremonies at Summergrove Estate take place at the traditional chapel or in the garden, featuring:

• 2-hour venue use (chapel or ground)
• Venue coordinator
• Tables and chairs

Reception at Summergrove Estate

Receptions at Summergrove Estate take place at the Barn, a luxury event space with a capacity of 130 seated or 150 stand-up guests. The Barn includes a dance floor, veranda and beauty room. It is fully air-conditioned and available for rent year-round. Sometimes, it can be set as a wet weather alternative to a garden ceremony. 

Packages, featuring reception and ceremony at Summergrove, are available for sit-down and cocktail reception.

The sit-down reception package includes:

• Garden or chapel ceremony
• 7-hour exclusive venue hire
• Six romantic fully-equipped villas for the on-site accommodation
• Canapés and multiple-course meals – feasting or alternate drop
• Wedding coordinator and complete venue staff
• Champagne, spritz or cocktail bar setup

Cocktail reception packages have similar inclusions, except the meal. The menu includes canapés, main meals, an antipasto feasting table, and bento boxes. 

Bar service can be arranged as cash, bar and extra cocktail or spritz bar setup with bar stand and crystal glassware or beverage packages, for 5, 6 or 7 hours.
