Wedding Capacities and Inclusions at Stay Margaret River
Stay Margaret River accommodates intimate weddings and large-scale celebrations with up to 200 guests. The options for your weddings are various, from casual tea parties to formal sit-down dinners.
For example, for a daytime celebration, you can choose the following service:
- Wedding ceremony setup
- Sweet and savoury treats served on three-tiered stands
- A glass of champagne on arrival
A small, pop-up wedding can include less than 16 guests and add a magical feel to your day. Such package may feature:
- Venue hire
- A glass of bubbly wine for all guests
- Canapé service (six per person or more)
- Wedding cake and flowers
Lastly, a classic wedding with a ceremony and multiple-course reception can also be arranged at Stay Margaret River. In that case, the package includes:
- Ceremony and reception venue hire
- Two or three-course meal alternate serve
- Table menus
- Beverage package, 2+ hours
- Table linen and skirting for bridal table
- White chair covers
- Cake table and wedding cake knife
Stay Margaret Rivers has a range of accommodation types, from Standard King and Queen Rooms to King Spa Rooms or self-contained suites.

Rooms great and comfortable and food service truly superb. The staff were all happy and ready to help and all were polite and friendly. We really felt at home and in a very relaxing environment. My daughter & (now) husband held their wedding here. Most guests were able to book in to the accommodation which made the whole event all the more enjoyable with everyone (nearly) around before & after the BIG Day. Great location, would love to re-visit in summer to enjoy the pool & BBQ.Lovely venue, lovely hosts. Liz & Justin were just so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
