Silky Oaks Lodge

Brilliant location, food, service and accommodation. We spent our 35th wedding anniversary at Silky Oaks and were thoroughly spoilt. Sleeping in beautiful rooms surrounded by the sounds of the rain forest was amazing. Meals were outstanding, so delicious and the paired wines made it even more special. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended for a special occasion, it won't disappoint.

We went for a couples massage but weren’t staying in the property. The property itself looks stunning from what we saw. The spa facilities are excellent, it was easily one of the best massages I’ve ever received. Highly recommend

The memories of our stay at Silky Oaks Lodge will linger in our hearts for a considerable duration, perhaps even a lifetime. The enchanting experience of residing in a treetop room, accompanied by the soothing melody of the Mossman River, was truly extraordinary. The exceptional quality of food, service, the inviting pool, and the luxurious outdoor bathtub (with their magical bath salts) in our accommodation were nothing short of amazing.

A stunning resort. Fabulous staff , Menu impressive and food to die for. The restaurant overlooks a spectacular river. Overall , an awesome experience. Thank you Silky Oaks Lodge.

My sister and I went to the spa and loved it. It was a beautiful setting and service was great. Even the sheets on the massage tables were lovely. This photo is of the relaxation room overlooking the river and the jungle. Each room has a view of beautiful greenery. Bring cash to tip. My facial was non extractions, which was nice. And the scalp and shoulder massage that accompanied was lovely.

We had an amazing experience at the Silky Oaks Lodge. While the price may scare you off, consider that this includes amazing dinners and breakfast, bar in your room, and cocktails at night. Also there are plenty of activities at the resort (outside the spa services) that are free. They also have high quality free washers and dryers along with detergent . Of course you can pay for laundry service. The spa was amazing so you should definitely experience it.
