CEREMONY LOCATIONS
Our grounds offer a collection of beautiful ceremony spaces, allowing you to choose the backdrop that feels perfect for your “I do” moment.
- The Chapel – Our largest ceremony space, accommodating up to 120 guests seated.
- The Gazebo – Surrounded by tranquil water features, with space for 40 seated or 100 standing guests. It also provides a beautiful setting for pre-reception drinks and canapes.
- The Atrium – A light-filled alfresco ceremony location accommodating 40 seated or up to 150 standing guests.
- The Waterfall Grotto – A romantic outdoor setting surrounded by greenery and the peaceful sounds of flowing water, accommodating 30 seated or up to 100 standing guests.
RECEPTION SPACES
- The Galaxy Ballroom - Accommodating 60–150 seated guests, our Galaxy Ballroom creates a beautiful setting for larger celebrations. Crystal chandeliers, cascading fairy lights with floor to ceiling drapery backdrop and a fibre-optic starlit ceiling come together to create a magical atmosphere as you celebrate into the evening.
- The Waterfall Pavilion - An intimate reception space for up to 60 seated guests, featuring beautiful lighting and French doors to create an outdoorsy feeling and beautiful lighting.
WEDDING PACKAGES
We offer a selection of thoughtfully created wedding packages, with pricing and inclusions varying depending on the package you choose.
Our catering options include a selection of dining styles, from alternate drop two or three-course menus to buffets and grazing family style shared dining. Our chefs are also happy to cater for vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free and gluten-free dietary requirements at no additional cost.
Minimum guest numbers vary between our wedding packages, with options available for everything from intimate celebrations through to larger weddings of up to 150 guests.

Shambala Estate is located at 104 Beacon Road, Tamborine Mountain QLD 4272, in the Scenic Rim. We are approximately one hour from Brisbane Airport and Gold Coast Airport, making it easy for local, interstate and international guests to join you.

Absolutely! Shambala Estate is an all-in-one wedding venue, allowing you to host your ceremony, reception and accommodation all in one beautiful location. With four ceremony spaces, two reception spaces and on-site accommodation, your celebration can unfold seamlessly in one place.
Is styling and decor included, and can you personalise the venue?
Foundational ceremony and reception styling is included in selected wedding packages and may feature ceremony chairs, reception furniture, linen, tableware and carefully selected styling pieces.
You're welcome to personalise your wedding with additional décor that reflects your style and vision. Our coordinators will happily explain what is included within your package and any items that may need to be supplied or hired separately..
