The hotel offers buffets, multiple-course set menus and canapé packages for your occasion. 

For example, the 3-course set menu is available for a minimum of 50 people and consists of:

• Entrée: Bruschetta, calamari, Thai beef salad, spinach cannelloni, shell crab, chicken strips and prawns
• Mains: Chicken spinoli, eye fillet, salmon fillet, risotto, lamb shank, pork cutlet, lamp rack, barramundi fillet, gnocchi and lobster tail
