The venue can accommodate 50 to 150 guests for all parts of the day, including: ● Pre-ceremony mingling (why not treat your guests to bubbles on arrival?) ● The wedding ceremony ● Post-ceremony cocktail and canape hour ● Your wedding reception (time to party!). Our dedicated wedding planner Venue owner and manager Teagan will be your personal wedding planner, helping you to organise all of the details for your big day. She lives and breathes events and loves seeing couples’ wedding visions come to life. Teagan will help you with: ● Planning out your catering needs to meet the minimum spend and suit your budget ● Structuring your wedding timeline to ensure a good flow to the day ● Sourcing and liaising with wedding suppliers including marriage celebrants, florists, musicians/DJs, stylists, wedding cake makers ● Running through all of the important details in the weeks leading up to your wedding ● Coordinating everything on the day so you can relax and focus on celebrating! Cocktail style weddings are relaxed, fun and provide more opportunities for you to spend quality time with your loved ones on your big day than a more formal sit-down affair. Multiple spaces to get married, mingle and boogie! One of Nine is uniquely separated into different sections to cover all of the stages of your wedding. Hold your pre-ceremony drinks near the lounges or on the balcony, get married in the centre of the venue (we can provide up to 24 chairs for your guests) and party the night away in all of the different spaces. The venue features: ● A state of the art sound system including speakers and a handheld microphone ● A dedicated DJ booth or the option to plug in a playlist ● 75” Plasma TV ● Optional in-built photo booth ($500) ● Heating (including two natural wood fireplaces) and cooling ● Spacious men’s and women’s toilets.
