- Schooners: Affordable venue located on the basement level, features flexible floor layout, AV system, bathrooms, wheelchair accessibility; capacity: 80 people banquet or 150 guests cocktail-style
- Front Lawn: Outdoor space available for your wedding working as a blank canvas, included with the space are bar setup, waitstaff, glassware and tableware
- Ocean’s Bar and Restaurant: Ground floor venue available for a la carte wedding menu only, includes AV equipment, bathrooms, wheelchair accessibility; capacity: 80 guests banquet
- Top Deck and: Ground floor area by the pool, ideal for casual cocktail hours with drinks and canapes serving; available for partial hire; capacity: 120 guests cocktail-style

Clean, tidy, helpful and friendly staff... Waitress at the restaurant went completely out of her way to bring the sauce bottle out to my partner to see to make sure no anaphylactic ingredients. Meal was top class and reasonable pricing. Room service for Breakfast was quick and tasty. Pool was nice and undercover parking helps in the rain and sun. The restaurant serves good food at reasonable prices. However, it is the staff that makes this place so good. They are all friendly and helpful and some even remembered me after a couple of visits for work. A big thank you to Paula for helping me, after I had already checked out earlier in the day by providing access to the hotel facilities 👍🏽One of the best places to stay in Mackay, in a quiet location at the end of Bridge Road and close to the beach.
