Oaks Port Douglas Resort

We really enjoyed our stay here (we are currently still here) but the service has been really good! Staff are lovely, food has been really nice and drinks are great to!! The pool is nice and you can float around or enjoy a cocktail or meal by the pool. The rooms are neat and tidy and the location is good, only 5 minutes to the main strip. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We have just spent 8 days at Oaks Resort Port Douglas and it has been an amazing experience. The rooms were great, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent in the restaurant and by the pool. The breakfast buffet is hot and tasty and enough variety and the coffee is great. A big shout out to Cameron, Abner, and Sammy. They are all such assets to the place with wonderful customer service, great smiles and more than happy to assist in any way they can. We'll definitely be back

Staff here welcomed me in a professional friendly manner. Each encounter with staff really set a positive tone for this hotel. My room was comfortable and clean. Lovely grounds, poolside was quiet, lush gardens. Good value for money. The only downside was the cleaning staff often parked their cart outside my doorway.

One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. Great resort, has everything you need if you want to stay in, enjoy the facilities and just chill by the pool which is all what we really needed as we are from Cairns. Clean spacious apartments, maybe a bit more to do with room equipment as we would have loved to spare the poor housekeeping staff to clean our balcony. Will def stay there again.

We spent five wonderful nights at the Oaks Resort and would stay again in an instant. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, reception is 24 hrs which is always a comfort to know. We had breakfast included in our booking and we looked forward to going to the Oak and Vine restaurant each day, the setting of the restaurant is just beautiful. The pool area is my favourite place, plenty of areas to sun bake and a swim up bar that also provides food makes it a very pleasant spot.

Great experience. Very clean and quiet room. Pool was great. Laundry facilities a bit out of the way but okay. Can be a bit of a journey lugging your bags from the carpark to the room but not too far in most cases. Staff were very friendly.
