Excellent location, super-friendly staff, outstanding food and drink on-site and clean, well-managed room with tons more personality than any large chain hotel. Stayed there for a few nights a couple of months ago & we're going back there next month. Staff were friendly & helpful. Only a short tram ride into the city with a stop right outside the door. Highly recommended. I just want to add that we stayed there again on the 13th & 14th of January & want to give a shout out to the Manager that was on duty Sunday. There were a couple of issues with two of the three rooms we had & he went beyond what we expected...Great Pub & excellent accommodation. Stayed there for a few nights a couple of months ago & we're going back there next month. Staff were friendly & helpful. Only a short tram ride into the city with a stop right outside the door. We recently had our wedding reception at Naughtons and the staff went above and beyond to make it such a fantastic event. All the guests loved the food and drinks. We stayed upstairs overnight and the rooms were super comfortable and clean.
