Overall good stay. Room was large, even with a king bed. Clean. Gown and slippers were a nice touch. Room service food quality was pretty basic. Issue with final bill where breakfasts were charged when they were included in rate, but they fixed it quickly.Overall good stay. Room was large, even with a king bed. Clean. The communication with GEMMA from the beginning to the last part of organising my event was phenomenal. I really could not believe how wonderful and helpful she was to me throughout the whole process as I put everything together for my event. It took a lot of stress off me. I really appreciate the flexibility with the catering and beverages, and pricing. It made it possible for my event to turn out the way I was hoping to have it.The communication with GEMMA from the beginning to the last part of organising my event was phenomenal.
