Hyde Rooftop

Hyde Rooftop is a modern wedding venue in Melbourne’s bustling suburb Ringwood, offering luxury space with great views of the city, exceptional service and elevated dining. This flexible wedding venue has a luxury-appointed main dining room with a dance floor and a private balcony. You can arrange a romantic ceremony on the balcony or use it as a breakout space. 

The venue hosts seated and standing events with the following capacity:

• Cocktail party: 130-150 guests
• Sit-down reception: 80 – 100 guests

Hyde Rooftop Wedding Catering

The function team at Hyde Roof works with you to help you create bespoke events, and select the right menu option and seating arrangement for your wedding.

Menu options at Hyde Rooftop are various and focused on bite-size gourmet food. 

For example, Hyde Rooftop offers an exceptional list of hot and cold canapés. Highlights of cold canapés include Peking duck pancake, steak tartare and smoked salmon blini, served in bite-sized portions. Examples of hot canapés include croquettes, pork belly and beef sliders.

A list of grazing bowls includes:

• Pumpkin and vegan feta risotto
• Chicken Tikka
• Vietnamese salad
• Fisherman basket

You can create your bespoke event with a range of platters, each serving ten to 12 people:

• Charcuterie
• Grilled and marinated vegetables
• Sushi and rice paper rolls
• Cheese platter

As a full-service wedding venue, Hyde Rooftop provides beverages for your wedding. Three beverage packages include Basic, Standard and Premium, offering local and international wines, beers, ciders and soft drinks. 

The beverage package lasts four hours and you upgrade them with the:

• House spirits: vodka, gin, whiskey, bourbon and rum
• Cocktails upon arrival: Your choice of two premium cocktails from the venue’s list

Hyde Rooftop can also organise a bar tab on consumption as an alternative to beverage packages.
