Unique location in the World Heritage Daintree rainforest. Room was clean and large for 2. Food was excellent for lunch and dinner. All staff were friendly helpful and genuine. Just returned from Ferntree Rainforest Hotel where I stayed with family visiting from overseas. The location was great, the restaurant was great and the staff were amazing. In particular the restaurant staff went out of there way to make our experience awesome, even singing happy birthday to one of my party.Just returned from Ferntree Rainforest Hotel where I stayed with family visiting from overseas. We celebrated my partner's birthday and staying at this place was an amazing surprise. Everyone was incredibly friendly. In the evening, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious. We absolutely loved our stay here, it was an amazing place in pretty much the middle of nowhere, you really do feel as if you're in the middle of the rainforest, Steph the manager made us feel very welcome and helped us arrange a couple of tours. The meal in the restaurant was fantastic, nicely cooked and the restaurant has cool indoor and outdoor areas so you can have your meal in the forest if you wish.
