Scenic Resort with Versatile Spaces

Fairmont: The Perfect Wedding Venue

We stayed at the Fairmont in May this year for our wedding. Our ceremony + reception was also held here. We are so happy and grateful with how amazing everything went- I cannot recommend this place enough! Sarah of the events planning team is just 10/10 fabulous. Nothing and I mean nothing!! was too hard for her- she made anything feel possible! The food, the service, the venue- everything was PERFECT! The venue is tidy and beautiful and the staff are absolutely wonderful.

Exceptional Wedding Venue with Outstanding Service

We stayed at the hotel to attend a family wedding held at the location. The concierge team were amazing. On arrival, we were welcomed immediately by Michael. We had arrived 4 hours earlier than the standard check-in time, however Michael spoke to the desk staff and facilitated an immediate check-in. The desk staff were accommodating and friendly. The cleaners were also super polite, greeting us each time we walked passed them.

Disappointing Stay at Wedding Venue

We came her for a wedding for a 2 day stay. The hotel itself is good and the bar staff are great but the room was not clean. Lots of long hair in the bathroom from a previous customer. Bathroom wasn't cleaned. The manager arranged for the room to be cleaned again and we waited in the main foyer while they cleaned it. We sat right in view of the main desk and after 40 minutes or more we thought we should check the room as we hadn't heard from anybody.
