Elizabeth Bay House is a historic museum owned by Sydney Living Museums, offering the opportunity to host a wedding in a luxury, colonial regency-style building. The House features a colonial façade, elegant furnishings, and magnificent views of Sydney Harbour.
It is best suited for intimate wedding ceremonies and reception.

Elizabeth Bay House has several options for your wedding, including a cocktail reception, long or oval table sit-down banquet reception and indoor ceremony.
The options are the following:
- Hall and Saloon Room: Majestic room with domed ceiling and grand staircase, includes access to Sandstone Veranda for cocktail reception; capacity: 26-40 seated guests, 100 standing for cocktail reception and ceremony
- Dining Room: Rustic room with open fireplace, antique mahogany table and elegant furnishings; capacity: 24 seated guests,40 standing for ceremony
- Cellar: capacity: 36 seated guests, 40 standing for cocktail reception and ceremony

Additional Information for Elizabeth Bay House Weddings
The heritage conservation politics onsite prohibits red wine, rose and certain food items. All wedding menus need to be approved by a museum curator.
On the top floor of the House, there is a convenient room with a bathroom and a large mirror, which can be used as a preparation suite.
Musicians are welcome, including strings and smaller acoustic bands.
