For your reception, the contemporary Lakeside Function Centre is a standout feature. With a cozy stone fireplace and sweeping views of the lake and vineyards, this flexible space suits weddings of all sizes. It comfortably hosts up to 150 guests for a seated dinner or 270 for a cocktail-style event. For smaller, more intimate celebrations of 25 guests or fewer, The Residence provides a private and elegant atmosphere.

We got married here a few weeks ago and I could not get over how incredible all the staff were, the grounds and location. Carly helped with everything and I had zero stress on the day, they handled everything and brought my visions to life. We had so many compliments on our wedding day and I honestly am so glad this is the venue we chose! Thankyou eight willows team 🥰Wow!! The location is lovely and peaceful, and the bonus of seeing a kangaroo go past at the wedding really made our day as well as the happy couples day.The chalet was lovely and comfortable, and if we should return to Australia in the future another visit will be on the cards for a longer stay and explore the area.We came over from the UK to attend a wedding as well as stop in one of the chalets. The location is lovely and peaceful, and the bonus of seeing a kangaroo go past at the wedding really made our day as well as the happy couples day.The chalet was lovely and comfortable, and if we should return to Australia in the future another visit will be on the cards for a longer stay and explore the area.

Amazing location, beautiful rooms and the function centre for our reception was fantastic. Our function co-ordinators and the staff during our planning process were absolutely amazing and waay to communicate with. Service on the day and evening could not be falted. We stayed in a Chalet, open-living that was fully self-contained featuring fully equipped kitchens, washing machine and dryer, spa tub, dishwasher and air conditioner. Wifi included The landscaping is breath taking as it’s situated in natural bush land and over looking the river. Just peaceful and relaxing atmosphereMy friend’s hosted their wedding here. We stayed in a Chalet, open-living that was fully self-contained featuring fully equipped kitchens, washing machine and dryer, spa tub, dishwasher and air conditioner. We cannot fault anything about our experience, massive thankyou to Ari for bringing my vision to life, Yvette for managing the guest and our accommodation so effortlessly and the rest of the amazing team who made the day possible. Eight Willows are so familiar with local vendors which makes planning super easy on all ends, (definitely recommend booking local vendors)...We recently had our wedding at Eight Willows Retreat and it was an absolute dream, from the beginning right up until the end.
