Our historic Perth wedding venue is the perfect setting to hold your wedding reception or ceremony.
Whether you are planning an intimate rustic wedding, a luxury reception or a cocktail style celebration - your dedicated Wedding Coordinator will ensure that your wedding day is a truly memorable and unique occasion.
To end the night in style, your guests can also stay in one of our 304 luxury rooms. Packages including breakfast are available in all room types ranging from a Deluxe Room to an Exclusive Club Room or Suite.
The Ballroom
The elegant ballroom, the largest function room, is panelled in handcrafted timbers and feature full length French doors with views of the magnificent pool & fountain. The pillar-less room can be divided into two with access ways that allow efficient and discreet service to either room. The entrance from the stunning lobby area sets the scene for this impressive venue perfect for any large event. Installed audio visual equipment such as the two 10’ screens and high definition projectors or a PA system can be hired through our on-site audio visual supplier, Encore Event Technologies.

We decided this venue for many reasons including best customer service, quality, quantity, polite and hard working attendants/waiters/staff/cleaners, Reception staff, reasonable prices, extremely clean venue including the toilets, honesty and above all our most amazing Wedding Coordinator Rebecca. This lady blew us away with her politeness, patience and keeping us...My husband and I checked out several venues for our wedding but none came close to what we found at The Duxton our last search. They made the experience so easy and enjoyable. Even when there was a change in wedding coordinator, the transition was very smooth. A special thanks to Rebecca who did such an excellent job as our wedding coordinator after taking over the job. The main event hall is perfect for small wedding hosting 120 comfortably (sat down with round tables), the restaurant is superb to say the least and it's in the heart of the city so it's perfect if you're into people watching.
