CEREMONY OPTIONS - INDOORS | CARRIAGE HOUSE

Shaded by magnificent gum trees with the golf course beyond, this exquisite handcrafted convict cut sandstone building offers a unique atmosphere for your special day.

CEREMONY OPTIONS - OUTDOORS | SUMMERHOUSE ROTUNDA, FAIRWAY LAWN, CARRIAGE HOUSE TERRACE

The Vintage offers a number of breath-taking ceremony locations. An elegant Summerhouse, lush green fairway lawns and an alfresco ceremony experience with the stunning backdrop of the Carriage House.

Receptions Options

BARRINGTON ROOM: Sitting beside the Clubhouse at the top of The Vintage Golf Course. The Barrington Room is a modern and elegant interior enjoying views over the manicured 18th green and valley beyond.

Minimum of 60 guests. Maximum of 90 guests banquet style or 200 guests cocktail style.

THE FOUNDERS ROOM: The largest venue at 300 sqm is located adjacent to the elegant Château Élan Hotel. With a modern, elegant interior, the Founders Room seats 150 with a dance floor and enjoys views over The Vintage Golf Course.

Minimum of 90 guests. Maximum of 150 guests banquet style or 330 guests cocktail style.

Wedding Packages at Chateau Elan

Chateau Elan has two wedding packages, for seated or cocktail reception. 

The seated wedding package includes the following:

♥5-hour function room hire

♥½ hour Chef Selections pre-dinner Canapés

♥2-course dinner, alternately served

♥5-hour Premium beverage package

♥Your wedding cake served on platters to tables for dessert

♥Freshly brewed tea and coffee

♥Parquetry dance floor

♥Lectern and microphone

♥White linen and napery for guest tables and head table

♥Accommodation at Château Élan for the couple on your wedding night in a Spa Suite with complimentary breakfast at our onsite restaurant.

♥Allocated Venue Coordinator for floor plan, deliveries, and set-up requirements

♥Coordination of supplied place cards and table settings

♥Welcome signage at Ceremony entry, seating plan at reception entry and menu cards (3) for each table

♥Mid-week menu tasting (entrée, mains and wines) for the couple with the Venue Coordinator

♥Chauffeur-driven golf cart to select photo locations around the property on two 6-seater buggies (maximum 10 people with additional carts available subject to availability). Locations are subject to weather conditions.

The cocktail wedding package is an excellent choice for more casual weddings. The inclusions are:

♥4-hour function room hire

♥4-hours of canapés (3 hot + 3 cold + 1 sweet)

♥Choice of 3 substantial canapés (based on one of each item per person)

♥4-hour Premium beverage package

♥Cocktail Rounds with stools

♥Your wedding cake served on platters to side table for dessert

♥Freshly brewed tea and coffee

♥Parquetry dance floor

♥Lectern and microphone

♥Allocated Venue Coordinator for floor plan, deliveries and set up requirements
