What is your maximum guest capacity?
120 pax.
Do you have a curfew?
Our council governed curfew is 10:30pm.
What do you suggest for accomodation?
We have accomodation on-site - The Farm House. Perfect for couples & families to get ready on their special day. There are also many local B&B’s we can suggest plus we have the added advantage of being next door to a boutique hotel that accommodates up to 38 guests
Will there be someone here on the day? What happens if something goes wrong?
In addition to your on-the-day coordinator who will hold your hand from start to finish, there will always be additional Chapel Ridge staff on hand to ensure your day runs smoothly, provide guidance around the venue, keep the fireplaces going, make sure the air-conditioning is comfortable and to help park the cars etc.What if it rains?
What if it rains?
We are well equipped for any type of weather, so this takes the worry away from you. All of our facilities at Chapel Ridge are undercover & fully air-conditioned for both summer and winter celebrations (no need to hire a marquee!). We also have a commercial size generator permanently onsite if required.
Is the venue handicap accessible (if you have any guests with mobility needs)?
There is one small rise to get you into the chapel but other than that the whole complex is on one uninterrupted level. Our staff will assist anyone that needs help on the day.
Is there parking and can busses access the venue?
Yes! We have plenty of parking onsite for both guests and your vendors. Plus anything from a small van to full size coaches will enjoy the simple access and well maintained roads, there are no access issues.
Is there a fire pit? Do we need to BYO wood?
We have three fire pits and two internal fireplaces. We supply the wood and the staff to service them for the entire function.
Do you have enough toilets onsite or do we need to hire extra?
We have 9 bathrooms onsite plus a separate luxury bridal bathroom for you to freshen up, get changed to just have a quiet moment to yourself.
Do you have in-house catering or preferred caterers?
Catering is not included in our package. We have great local catering businesses to suggest and it’s also something we can help you with as part of our planning services.
