We got married in the Rainforest Amphitheatre and fell in love with the location. Our guests all raved about the venue, vibe and food on the day. What is required to secure a wedding venue booking?
A $2,000 non-refundable deposit is required, along with signed terms and conditions.
When does the final wedding amount need to be paid?
25% of the estimated value of the wedding is due 12 months prior. 50% of the estimated value is due 6 months prior. Final numbers are required 21 days prior, with the final amount due 14 days prior to the wedding date.
What time does our wedding reception need to finish?
Generally the 7 hour venue hire is from 3.00pm - 10.00pm, however, you can extend to 11.00pm ($750 per hour fee applies for hire over 7 hours).
Is there a noise curfew?
Yes, DJs and bands must cease at 10.00pm. If you extend your reception to finish at 11.00pm, you will need to switch the music to a HyperBoom from 10.00pm - 11.00pm, which we have available for you to use if required.
Are we allowed to bring our pets to the wedding and can they stay in our accommodation?
Absolutely! Your furry friends are allowed to attend the ceremony and reception and stay in your Creek Lodge with you.
Do you cater to all dietary requirements?
Yes, we can cater to all dietary requirements and there is no additional cost for us to do so.
Can we remove the beverage package and opt for a bar tab instead?
Yes, you certainly can!
Do you have a shuttle bus?
We have an onsite shuttle buggy, to assist guests to and from their accommodation. Unfortunately, we do not have a shuttle bus for external accommodation guests. We do however, have a recommended supplier who can assist with this.
Do you offer a discount on accommodation for wedding guests?
We offer a variety of accommodation options to suit all preferences and budgets, ensuring your guests enjoy a comfortable and memorable stay. Wedding guests receive an exclusive $20 per night discount when booking with your unique code (provided in your Wedding Booking Confirmation.
Our property uses a Dynamic Pricing model, so the earlier your guests book, the better the rate
they’ll receive. As availability decreases and demand increases, prices will rise — we recommend
booking early to lock in the best value.
