Guests will also enjoy staying at Briars Country Lodge and visiting the adjacent, historic Briars Inn.
THE DINING EXPERIENCE
The team at The Conservatory is committed to working with you to help realise your vision for your big day. We can accommodate 30 to 120 seated guests in a formal dining or feasting style, or up to 160 in a cocktail style. Our extensive food and beverage menus cater to all tastes, dietary requirements and budgets.

The Conservatory’s lush surroundings create a truly magical ambience, setting the stage for a memorable and romantic country style wedding. Exchange vows by the lakeside gazebo or the willow tree before strolling back to your wedding reception. It was just a small intimate wedding of 20 people but Tiki made it feel so special. She is truly amazing, organised and great to work with. She was so accommodating and went above and beyond to help make our wedding exactly what we dreamed. We also stayed at the lodge for 2 nights as well as most of our guests. No complains from anyone in regards to the rooms. They were clean and bed was comfy. Surprisingly had a great night sleep the night before...We had our wedding reception at Briars.
