We loved our stay! We stayed in the loft. The place was lovely, comfy beds, super friendly/lovely staff!! Great location. Breakfast being a “light breakfast was just that. In room cereals, toast, jams, tea and coffee. Enough to tide you over till brunch or lunch. Chocolates on the beside. The toiletries smelled beautiful! Yes I used them all. We’d go again :)We loved our stay! We stayed in the loft. The place was lovely, comfy beds, super friendly/lovely staff!! Great location. Breakfast being a “light breakfast was just that. I cannot fault the service or a Loft in the Mill in any way; our experience was beyond perfect. We stayed in the Hathaway and were astounded by the beautiful furnishings. Heather was absolutely wonderful and friendly to deal from the moment we booked and we felt very comfortable and at home. The gardens are spectacular and the continental breakfast provided was delicious. This is definitely a place we will be returning to on anniversaries!! We have been recommending this beautiful place.I cannot fault the service or a Loft in the Mill in any way; our experience was beyond perfect. A long desired return stay at the wonderful, Loft in the Mill. Greeted always with kindness (and a very sweet personalised room note!) Donna & Heather are the kindest hosts you may wish for. Our two nights spent in the Loft space were perfection. Beautiful ode to a bygone era, the interior always feels elegant in style, but equally cosy. Fridge & pantry stocked with basic provisions covered us for our tea & coffee needs with no need to purchase more form the local store. A long desired return stay at the wonderful, Loft in the Mill. First time staying at a loft in the mills a while back during easter break, as a short spontaneous getaway trip. we booked a day before but we felt that they accommodated & welcomed us extremely well even though it was during the holidays. my partner and I planned to hike around for awhile near mt dandedong and spend the night. we were so exhausted after but they made check-in so seamless, with the owner welcoming us warmly even though we were late to our check-in time. When I saw the Loft in the Mill, I fell in love with it straight away - it set the whole theme for our family stay, for our wedding. A special mention to Heather, whom was fabulous and reassuring from the start - thank you for preventing me from having a panic attack!!
