Very difficult to choose one but I really enjoyed hosting our first fully vegan wedding for a super colourful couple from Nottingahm. Their catering supplier had let them down at the last moment so our in-house team had to step in at the last moment. It was all hands on deck but everyone rose to the challenge and the team performed fantastically. It pushed us into a new area of catering and we wanted to impress. The couple said it was better than they could ever have dreamed of! All the guests were dressed to dazzle and sparkle but the bride and groom were extra special colour sensations!! Everyone seemed super friendly and it was just a pleasure to be part of this wedding. I will remenber this one for a long while!
Pick good suppliers and then let them do their jobs; don't take too much on yourselves and just enjoy supervising and adding personal touches
I liked watching the couple who followed the Austrian wedding tradition of cutting out a heart shape from a painted sheet. Whoever cut their half first kept their surname!
Exclusive; beautiful; flexible; undiscovered; hidden-gem
Archway into the courtyard; perfect for framing lovley photos
Mmm.. we had Kevin McCleod of Grand Design stay here!
Chickpea curry in a puri with mint raita
Cheese left over from a cheese wedding cake!
We discovered an old height chart of the family who lived here in 1918. It records the height of Murial 'Mu' Wright (Ian Fleming's girlfriend) who was reputedly the girl behind the Bond girls
We give couples the feeling that they are taking over a beautiful English country house for the weekend
