Our stunning Oak Room offers the perfect setting for your special day, framed by the breathtaking beauty of the Peak District countryside. With its large skylights that let natural light pour in, elegant hanging crystal chandeliers, and a bespoke-designed bar, the Oak Room is a truly magical space — a blank canvas ready to be transformed into the wedding day you’ve always imagined.
Step outside to your own private terrace and garden, where you can celebrate in the serenity of the Derbyshire countryside. Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, we can accommodate up to 200 guests with tailored wedding packages designed to give you the freedom to create a day that’s uniquely yours.
We’re also fully licensed to host Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships, indoors or beneath the open sky at our beautiful outdoor pagoda. And from start to finish, our experienced wedding coordinators will be by your side, ensuring every detail is just right.

At Peak Edge Hotel, we understand that every wedding should be unique, and rather than set wedding packages, we offer to our couples a more flexible and personal approach to plan their dream wedding!
Our Venue Hire is dependent upon the day of the week and time of year you are looking for, starting from £1,000 during winter season to £8,000 on Saturdays in high season, including your Wedding Suite to stay the night of your wedding!

We viewed other venues, but after setting eyes upon this venue that felt both magical and intimate, surrounded by the most amazing decor and views, nothing else came close. The team went above and beyond in every way possible. Nothing was too much trouble — from the initial planning stages through to the last dance of the evening, they were attentive, professional, and genuinely invested in making our day everything we had hoped for and more. Every detail was handled with such care, and it truly allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. The food was exceptional and beautifully presented, which was thoroughly enjoyed by our guests. All of it was incredible, however I have to say that the canapés were a firm favourite, with one of our guests saying the arancini was a game changer! What makes this venue stand out is not just the beauty of the location, but the warmth and dedication of the staff. They made us feel so special, and we will forever be grateful for the memories created here. We loved that we could extend the special moments and celebrations by having breakfast with our loved ones the following morning, overlooking the gorgeous views in the restaurant. If you are looking for a wedding venue that combines stunning natural surroundings, impeccable service, and a truly magical atmosphere, look no further. To Soraya and the team for making our day the most special day of our lives. It was everything we could imagine and more. From the beginning of the process you and the team have been holding our hands the whole way. Answering our many, many enquiries, settling any nerves and ensuring that we were happy at every stage. The staff at Peak Edge are incredible. 5 star service! Our whole party complimented the staff throughout the day. Myself and Richard want to take a moment to thank yourself, Jay, Zak, Tim for coordinating the day and being there to oversee it all, checking in and making us so relaxed. You guys being amazing at your jobs meant we just enjoyed every second of our day, we never had to doubt or think about anything, it’s just happened, you think of everything! We do have to mention Annie Mae who stood out in the day especially during the wedding breakfast checking in with me and Richard constantly, making us laugh and smile. For such a young lady she is incredibly talented and professional, she is a credit to you all. The food WOW! Again another talking point of the day. The guest could not get over the quality or quantity of the food. We already knew how amazing it would be, but please give our thanks to the chefs for being so accommodating and amazing. We only ever viewed this venue and instantly fell in love, we knew this would be the place we would get married! The venue is beautiful. The oak room is perfect and so beautifully decorated (fire place and sky light) it makes for the most beautiful ceremony room. Everything is so perfectly laid out in the venue that you barely have to leave the one room, everything all leads to one another which is perfect at a wedding. All of the staff are wonderful, professional, patient and do everything to make sure your day runs smoothly. The planners (we had Francine at the start and Soraya towards the end and on the day) are just amazing! Any little question and they have the answers for you within minutes, they go through every minor detail to make sure everything is perfect on the day. We really couldn't have wishes for a better coordinator to get us through the dreaded wedding planning! However, I feel a little lost now that I dont have lots to be organising and worrying about🤣. It really is a shame that our wedding day is over, I wish we could relive it, as we really couldn't have wished for a better day! But we will definitely be returning regularly and will be making a habit of returning on our anniversary😊 A massive thank you to you Soraya for everything, we really cannot show our appreciation enough, we will keep in touch! The food was amazing, the rooms spotless service was outstanding; guests came from all over Essex, Cambridge, Chesterfield, Matlock, and all have said what an amazing venue we had, can't recommend enough, you won't be disappointed!Got married here 22/3/25 and wow what can I say, beautiful stunning venue, Laura, wedding planner was amazing from our initial show round to the very end, nothing was ever to much trouble; the day was everything and more than I could have every imaged!
