The White Hart Inn, Derbyshire

We had such an amazing day for our wedding at the white hart inn, everything was perfect even the prep and organising running up to the wedding ran so smoothly thanks to Mia ☺️ the staff were great on the day to so accommodating to all we couldn’t have asked for a better venue!

The white hart inn was the most incredible place to hold a wedding. Me and my husband got married in May 2024 and the place couldn’t have done more to ensure we had a smooth day! From the first walk around to the big day the staff was amazing. Nothing was too much and they couldn’t be more than happy to help. The food was delicious and we had lots of options to cater all our guest. The extras we added kept all the kids and big kids entertained throughout the day which was incredible! The day ran so smooth and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. This venue is perfect!

We held our wedding at The white hart, moorwood Moore on the 29th December 2024 and we cant thank the team enough for everything, we had the most perfect day. From the first viewing of the venue through to our wedding day the team couldn’t do enough to help us, Katy was our wedding coordinator and was on hand for all my questions (and there was alot!). The day ran perfectly thanks to all the hardworking staff team, and all our guests commented on the beautiful venue and amazing food! I had a supplier issue on the morning of the wedding and Katy was straight on sorting it and even offered to drive to the local shops to buy the items needed. Getting married in winter we were obviously concerned about the weather when choosing our venue, but the white hart caters perfectly for any weather with beautiful spaces throughout the building and grounds. We can’t thank the staff at the white hart enough for making our special day so perfect and we have the most amazing memories to cherish. Thank you again Mr & Mrs McCann

What can I say, it's been nearly a year and every time we look back on the experience it leaves us with a heart warming feeling because everything was just wonderful for us. We got married in March 2024 and despite a very windy day we still got to use the grounds and the archway made for a wonderful back drop. We visited several times before the wedding and even were invited to a taster session for our chosen meal options. It was lovely that there was always someone on hand to answer anything. We had the best experience and the best day! The coordinators went above and beyond, everything went to plan, it made the day what it was, awesome from start to finish x

We got engaged in April 2023 and knew right from that moment we would be having our big day at The White Hart. We booked our wedding reception soon after in May 2023 ready for our big day in October 2024. We had such high expectations of The White Hart before booking and they met every single one. The communication throughout the 18 month planning period was flawless. We spoke to all of the wedding coordinators at some point over this period and each of them were just as professional and knowledgeable, about the venue, how they run weddings, and to our day specifically, as each other. Our wedding coordinator on the day was Mia, she was incredible and ensured that everything ran smoothly, as well as ensuring to check in with the bridal party that everything was going how we had imagined. We didn’t have a venue dresser as we DIYd all of our decor. The White Hart Team were able to put this all out for us, just how we had imagined. The wedding breakfast and buffet in the evening were amazing and we had so many wonderful comments from guests about the quality of the food provided. We had a sparkler send off in the evening, a live musician and a DJ. Nothing seemed to be too much of an ask for the team. We had full access to all the grounds, and as you can see from our photos, they did not disappoint. I would recommend The White Hart to anybody looking and booking their fairytale venue💍

Amazing from booking all the way to tidying up! Excellent food and great rooms! It was amazing to have the orangery for the photo booth and somewhere for guests to escape the dance floor! Catered for coeliac groom amazingly well and the choice of food to offer desks was great! It was great that we could offered guests a choice too. Having the hotel rooms made for an easy end to the night and breakfast together the next morning was lovely! Nothing was too much trouble! We had 3 tractors, did our own pick and mix and our own decor which they set up perfectly for us! Katie was a coordinator and was always quick to respond to emails and made things straightforward! She was there throughout the whole day and always on hand if we needed anything!

We can’t thank the team at The White Hart enough for their professionalism, care, and incredible service in the lead up to and on our wedding day. We knew we were in safe hands from the first time we visited the venue. The team were friendly, knowledgeable, supportive, and always on hand to answer any questions we had. The friendliness of the staff, the quality of the food and drinks, the flexibility to make our wedding day our own, the orangery, and the modern and spacious hotel rooms were all factors in deciding that The White Hart would be the perfect venue to host our wedding day. We would not hesitate to recommend The White Hart and its wonderful staff, thank you again for going above and beyond and making our wedding day so special.

We attended a wedding showcase event after seeing three other venues and instantly knew The White Hart was the venue for us. It had great space, a private bar area for waiting, a gorgeous place for the ceremony and stunning grounds for photos. It also had sufficient rooms for our travelling guests. Pricing was brilliant and the food options were the best by far! We really wanted pizza for our main meal and the White Hart were happy to provide (this was after one venue practically laughed at the idea). We booked with over a year and a half to wait so to start with communication was minimum but as we got to a year to go the wedding planners were amazing at settling our nerves and answering all (and there was a lot!) questions. Never seeming like they were silly or didn’t matter and the service was always fantastic! They really value that to them it’s a day job but to you it is one of the most special days of your life. Staying the night before was great and the room we got ready in had plenty of space for hair and make up. They were really helpful in moving bags afterwards and provided a lovely breakfast for me and the bridal party. Staff on the day were excellent and the food OMG! People are still commenting on how amazing it was and that both daytime and evening food was brilliant! We really didn’t want guests going hungry and there was no reason to worry! The day was perfect and even in October we managed some gorgeous pictures outside and of course in the phone box. Guests who stayed overnight said how lovely the rooms were and the breakfast the next day was delicious. We honestly can’t thank everyone at The White Hart enough and know we will be returning in the future. It really does hold a special place for us. Would 100% recommend.

Absolutely stunning venue, and the most amazing staff, all we wanted and more, the staff went above and beyond, from the moment we booked up until our wedding, very professional and friendly, the grounds are just breathtakingly beautiful and well looked after. It was the most magical day! Highly recommend

From our first visit to the morning after your commitment to providing the perfect day was outstanding. We used the design department who really did accommodate everything we wanted, constantly kept in touch and provided the perfect service from save the dates to the finishing touches and everything in between! The beauty of the venue speaks for itself and it still takes my breath away! The finishing touches were a huge hit for adults and children and the food was just out of this world!! Our wedding co-ordinators attention to us on the day was amazing, she was so accommodating and made sure everything ran perfectly. The bar staff and waiters who worked tirelessly all day, your hard work did not go unnoticed! We had the most perfect day, better than we could have even dreamed of and it was all down to the staff and the venue! Thank you so much and we look forward to celebrating each anniversary with you and most likely many other occasions in between as it very quickly became our favorite place for a date night! (We’ve recently returned to celebrate buying our new home and the pregnancy of our little girl who is due in 5 weeks so it really is our special place🥰)
