We regularly visit family in the area and have found our stays, past and present very comfortable and friendly. What a fantastic hotel. The welcome from all the staff was incredible. The room was very comfortable with lovely little extra touches. The radio was playing soft music on arrival. There was a lovely little coffee machine and there’s an option to switch the towel rails on for lovely warm towels. We took our well behaved dog with us. I believe there are several rooms available for those who love to take their pooches with them (we don’t go anywhere without ours!). The dogs are allowed in the bar aWhat a fantastic hotel. Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. Lovely ambience. Very helpful staff and wonderful dining. Although there isn’t a lift, we were accommodated on the first floor and the general Manager, Chris, ensured that our luggage was taken up to our room for us. Every aspect of the hotel was excellent. Fantastic hotelFantastic hotel
Great location. Love this chain of hotels particularly the ambiance. The radio playing classical music as you enter your room is amazing. The service is impeccable. Beautiful surroundings and staff are excellent. The reception staff so helpful especially the young lady who was going to visit her gran. Sorry don't remember her name.Great location. We arrived at this beautiful hotel, instantly welcomed by the friendly lady on reception. Our room was welcoming, clean and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Absolute dreamAbsolute dream
Wow! I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Due to unfortunate circumstances we needed to bring our wedding forward, I phoned this hotel and spoke to Debbie. I explained the situation and the predicament we were in. Debbie listened and made me feel at ease straight away. What I thought were problems, were quickly turned into fixes. She was absolutely awesome! We visited the hotel a week later and was met with such lovely staff, including Debbie. She showed us around the rooms, which we quickly feWow! Daughters WeddingDaughters Wedding
An excellent hotel and restaurant. The room we were given had recently been re-furbished, to excellent standard and taste. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights where my Daughter had the hotel as her wedding venue. The staff we excellent and very professional, and helpful throughout our stay. We were only able to experience the restaurant at breakfast, but the selection and quality of the food was outstanding. If the rest of the restaurant fair is as good then a repeat visit when we are in the area An excellent hotel and restaurant. We were made very welcome on arrival, able to check in at 2pm. Our room had a makeover, very stylish, loved the bathroom. Breakfast had an excellent menu, lots to choose from and cooked to order, not left on a buffet. Excellent value.We were made very welcome on arrival, able to check in at 2pm. We stayed at the hotel for my daughter's wedding. The service was amazing. Nothing was too much. Everything went perfect. We had the library for the reception. There was only 13 of us and the room was perfect. Over the three days/two nights the food was excellent. Chris, the manager, and the whole staff we great. We are looking forward to going back to the hotel for a weekend stay.We stayed at the hotel for my daughter's wedding. The service was amazing. Nothing was too much. Everything went perfect. Excellent at short notice! Excellent at short notice!
What can I say but brilliant. At short notice the Wynnstay offered to hold our wedding at the hotel and the planning was excellent at such short notice. They offered help in sorting the rooms for the ceremony and the meal afterwards and drinks. A totally professional service from Manager Reception and all staff. the whole event went superbly. The food and location made the event even better than we had expected. I would totally recommend the Hotel for any function.What can I say but brilliant.
