Wooladon Estate

We have just held my daughter’s wedding at Wooladon Estate. What an amazing venue. I cannot recommend this place enough. The Manor House is out of this world. It has everything you could ever wish for. The cottages are the same, very spacious and very well equipped for all your needs. The wedding photos are all amazing but just beautiful down by the lake. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I cannot thank you all enough for making my daughter’s wedding truly magical.

Wooladon estate is absolutely beautiful. We had our wedding weekend here in June 2024 and were married in the barn. We had the celebration drinks on the lawn outside the garden room by the lake and it was stunning. The beauty about Wooladon is that every single area is perfect if you want that countryside wedding. You can have your day your own way and the team are so supportive and encourage any ideas you want to make your day about you. The accommodation was lush. For many venues around Cornwall/Devon, we struggled to find a place that accommodated more than 10-15 people. We had a large wedding of 120 people to the day and it meant our closest family and friends were able to join us for the whole weekend. You will not be disappointed by this venue! I’d do it all again in a heartbeat.

My sister had her wedding here over the summer, and it was truly the most perfect day. Having worked in the wedding industry myself, I was blown away by the venue’s exceptional standards and the professionalism of the staff. Everything ran seamlessly, and the team was incredibly friendly and helpful. The accommodation was beautiful, with the hot tub being a wonderful added bonus. The estate is impeccably maintained and absolutely stunning - so peaceful and secluded that it feels like a world of its own. I couldn’t recommend Wooladon Estate more highly; it truly stands in a league of its own.

I had the honour of performing at Wooladon Estate in the summer of 2024. What an absolutely glorious venue and such attentive staff! I was made to feel very welcome by the team and they pulled out all the stops to create the most perfect day for my lovely couple. Singing out on the terrace with the pond/garden view was idyllic and it's such a beautiful setting to mingle and enjoy photos with your guests. I was luckily enough to watch the bride & groom enter their wedding breakfast in the barn and just wow. What a stunning set up and inviting space. I look forward to returning to Wooladon Estate throughout the season. As a wedding singer travelling all over the UK, Wooladon Estate truly has that 'something special' element to it and the team really are just wonderful.

My mum had her wedding here in July 2024. It was such an amazing day with all the friends and family gathering in a beautiful location. The whole venue was perfect for her day; the ceremony room made the ceremony feel so intimate even though their were lots of guest; the barn was perfect for when all the evening guests joined the party and had some drinks and food and the accommodation was what made the whole experience as fantastic as it was. Waking up and spending a day or two extra with the family who have travelled to attend the wedding and who you aren’t able to see as often really was the cherry on top of the wedding celebrations. The fact that there was so much lovely accommodation on site was great. Everything was so well organised and meant my mum could relaxed and enjoy her day as every little detail was checked by the team at Wooladon and the day ran so smoothly. I could not recommend this venue for a wedding enough!

We had a fabulous stay at Pheasant Barn during a wedding . The barn was lovely and clean and warm and really delightful. The staff were exceptional and so friendly easy going and accommodating . The dogs loved it plenty of walks and really dog friendly and the farm shop was a real treat so nearby. All in all a great time was had we will return. Thanks once again.

We stayed for a wedding and the accommodation was excellent, very well equipped, owners and staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Strawberry fields farm shop and restaurant across the road serves really excellent food at very good prices, farm shop produce is really high quality. A lovely venue.
