It is a "blank canvas" ready for you to personalise in any way you wish - from adding simple decorations to making elaborate arrangements. With this in mind we can provide options to have early access, the day or evening before to set up and an option to stay overnight till 12 noon the day after your wedding to clear your decorations. Fabulously private and secluded, you will enjoy exclusive use of the venue and we will do everything we can to make sure your special day goes without a hitch and is memorable for all the right reasons! We have a license to hold wedding ceremonies and civil partnership services in our Carpenter's Barn or outdoors amongst the trees. The barn itself can accommodate around 100 guests for a sit down meal. Our semi-permanent marquee on the woodland deck extends the covered space, seating a further 125 guests. Additional marquees can be put up on the lawn if required. After the wedding feast, the tables and chairs can be cleared to create a dance floor in the barn, were we allow you to arrange your own band or DJ. We have a licensed bar, a large fire circle. There are lawns for entertainment and a meandering trail through the ancient woodland. The newly weds can spend the night in our Honeymoon Shepherd’s Hut and we also have 9 shepherd huts accommodating a further 36 guests and camping on our South lawn, for those guests wishing to stay into the early hours. (Requires the extended option).

Went for a friend's wedding here it was a fab venue loads stayed the night in the shepherds huts and tents sat round a log fire till the early hours

My cousin married here and had a beautiful service. Really great surroundings and you are allowed to camp in the area.

Attended an outdoor wedding here. Extensive grounds with barn, marquee and decking area. Fire pit with seating around. Shepherd's huts for overnight stays. Good organization of the whole day.

A perfect place for our wedding. The venue staff were helpful and responsive and all our guests said the setting was absolutely magical. Highly recommend.

Being the brides father this week at the venue, it was a magical place to get married. Staff were extremely obliging and helpful. It is an outside style venue and having a fire area fir late night chilling and shepherd's huts for sleeping was all part of the charm. My daughter and son in laws day was perfect.

Went here for a friend's wedding and it was spectacular. Such a beautiful location and setup. Everything you could ask for a wedding.

As a photographer I see a lot of venues but this one stands out as one of the more unique. Listening to the birds and wind in the trees while saying your vows is magical. If you are an outdoors person this really is the most perfect venue. The staff are attentive and are fun to be around. I look forward to my next visit.

Just the most incredible woodland wedding location to photograph at. Id come here every week if I could. Great staff, the best vibes and the ultimate wedding venue.

Sorry, they have all been great, as each and every wedding is so different. But the ingraved Star Wars rings, inside a Jedi Master book was pretty cool along with the brides white storm trooper boots, the groom had no idea about.
