Watersmeet Hotel

We chose Watersmeet Hotel for our wedding because we had stayed there previously at the beginning of our relationship and both loved the location and the quality of the hotel interior and exquisite food served every day. The booking was all done via email and our planning was managed by Helen who organised everything paying attention to details and quickly responding to any questions and helping us with the whole process. She made recommendations regards florist called Liz Goodenough which turned out to be exceptional and exactly how we had hoped. The service was well organised and overlooked the sea which was what we wanted. I would recommend this hotel for a memorable wedding.

We had our wedding breakfast at the Watersmeet and it couldn’t have gone Better. Having Been in touch with wedding coordinator Helen she has ensure all we have discussed was arranged and was very friendly and professional. The setting was beautiful, tables were laid out and decorated as requested and the food was amazing! Guests have fed back about how nice it was. Ania made everything perfect for us. She understood what our needs were and worked with us to see us happy. The hotel itself has amazing views, great staff, and above all, the rooms are held to a very high standard. Situated on an amazing coastline, there's plenty for all. Surfing, beach walking, awesome coastal hikes, and a plethora of local pubs and restaurants.

From the time I first spoke to Helen at reception, I knew that this hotel, apart from its superb location, would be the friendly and efficient venue for me to arrange our wedding at Watersmeet. And so it proved. The excellent weather and the excellent, very obliging staff, all did their best to allay any pre-wedding nerves. Our guests were suitably impressed by the accommodation upstairs and down! Meal locations both in the Bistro and formal dining room and the menus came up to all expectations at a most reasonable rate. A big thank you for all the staff for making this special occasion memorable and we shall certainly be returning if you are not all booked up by the recommendations we have made to all our friends and family.

We would like to thank you all for hosting the wedding of our son George and his wife Sarah. The day was perfect and could not have run more smoothly. From the moment we arrived you couldn't do enough to help us. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel and stunning location was appreciated by all !
