The whole day was perfectThe whole day was perfect
We chose The Waterfront as our location due to the welcoming, warm staff and the relaxed lovely feel of the event room. The whole day was perfect. The staff working on the day from arrival for the Wedding Breakfast through to the last orders that night were excellent and so capable. The views from the hotel over the Marine lake were stunning. Cannot find any fault at all and highly recommend The Waterfront.We chose The Waterfront as our location due to the welcoming, warm staff and the relaxed lovely feel of the event room. Thank you so much to all the staff at The Waterfront Hotel ! It was our son’s wedding last weekend and it was amazing ! We can’t thank Johnathan , Lyndsey and Natalie for all their help with planning and organising their big day ! This hotel is astounding with the best view ! The food was wonderful for the wedding breakfast , evening meals and breakfast the next morning -everything was perfect from start to finishThank you so much to all the staff at The Waterfront Hotel ! Our wedding was amazing, Natalie was brilliant and there was great communication throughout. The day went exactly as planned and was absolutely stunning. All staff were very professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The Waterfront is such a beautiful and modern hotel. We booked the Waterfront for our wedding reception and the space was massive and overlooked the marine lake, it was so lovely. I cannot thank Ella who was our wedding coordinator, she was very responsive, professional, organised and helpful to making sure our wedding went perfectly and exactly what we wanted. Also to Barbara and team who worked hard on the day making everything run smoothly. We had the best day!The Waterfront is such a beautiful and modern hotel. Beautiful Beautiful
We were slightly concerned with the hotel being in administration and the name change but we had no reason to at all. Lindsey and her team were fantastic the whole way through. The day couldn’t have gone better. The food was delicious (I was still too full to eat the buffet but the comments have all been amazing) We used the house DJ who was also brilliant he read the room well and the dance floor was never empty. My other half was apprehensive about the venue at first as he wasn’t sure on the outside look but it definitely has the wow factor when you head up to reception! Our Amazing WeddingOur Amazing Wedding
We went to view the Waterfront Hotel for rooms for our guests after deciding to have our wedding at a nearby venue. Safe to say when we walked into 'The Room', we changed our full wedding day to this venue, it was just breath-taking! After 12 months of planning, the whole day came together perfectly, it was so much more than we had hoped for, all of our guests were blown away with how beautiful the hotel was, inside and outside. We were lucky to have a gloriously sunny day and the terrace was certainly a great spot to catch some rays and mingle throughout the day and night. The food was perfect, from the Canapes, Wedding Breakfast and evening buffet, not to forget the breakfast the morning after! Plenty of food and drinks were constantly flowing, from fizz to wine and soft drinks, all the waiting on staff were lovely and nothing was missed from start to finish. We splashed out on both of the Penthouses for the night before and the night of, just gorgeous rooms and wonderful views of the lake and surrounding areas, a real bonus if you can stay in these rooms, they are pure lush! The whole day was just amazing, perfect in everyway we wanted it to be. Natalie our Co-ordinator was outstanding, nothing was too much trouble and every detail was spot on, we couldn't have asked for anything more. From first thing in the morning she made sure that everything was on schedule and gave lots of reassurance at those nervous stages! Thank you Natalie, you really are fantastic at what you do. We loved our wedding day and we love the Waterfront Hotel. See you next year for our 1st Year Wedding Anniversary! Great place to get married. Beautiful views of southports marnie lake. Staff at hotel were fab, specially the wedding planner. She listened at what we wanted. Hotel for our wedding reception was amazing. Plenty of space. Guest said drinks at the bar were reasonably price. As some wedding venues charge a lot from drinks. Everyone said they had a fabulous time and so do the bride and groom. A day we will remember forever. Great place to get married. Beautiful views of southports marnie lake. From the M6 exit junction 26 onto M58, exit M58 junction 3 onto A570 towards Southport, follow A570 into town centre at the T junction take right onto A565. At next main traffic lights take left up to the Promenade, at the lights take a right and the hotel can be found on left hand side. To reach the car park drive past the hotel and Convention Centre, next road on your left brings you behind both of the buildings where the car park can be found underneath the hotel. Car parking is available at the hotel on a first come first serve basis, and is complimentary when you book directly with us. There's no need to reserve a space—simply park in any available spot upon your arrival. Our car park is monitored by Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), so there are no barriers; you can drive straight in. However, you’ll still need to register your number plate at Reception using the monitor provided.
