Especially Lisa from the bar! She was so incredibly helpful and also another lady who was incredible ( I think her name was Nicky). They were both so helpful and were there to answer any questions. The village went above and beyond for us! Told us not to worry about anything and we really didn’t have to. There was extra cocktails provided by the hotel set out in a E and S this was a beautiful touch. They ensured all guests were catered for and always asked if we were ok for timings for things like the food coming out, the first dance, cake cutting everything! It ran extremely smooth! Thank you We’re very happy and the day was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The village went above and beyond for us! Told us not to worry about anything and we really didn’t have to. There was extra cocktails provided by the hotel set out in a E and S this was a beautiful touch. They ensured all guests were catered for and always asked if we were ok for timings for things like the food coming out, the first dance, cake cutting everything! It ran extremely smooth! Thank you

They managed to find a larger room and extended the food menu as the number of attendees increased. On the day, Loree looked after us and was on hand to guide our guests, explain the car booking system, and keep us well-supplied with refreshments. The food was plentiful, delivered on time and excellent. We could not have asked for better service. Victoria and team were very helpful from the start showing us the room and discussing food options. They managed to find a larger room and extended the food menu as the number of attendees increased. The staff were outstanding and couldn’t do enough, the way the day ran was fantastic and completely on time, the food was amazing and all our guests done was compliment it all ! A lot of them even said it was the best wedding they’d been to, not sure if that’s because of the dodgy dancemoves for entertainment !
