Where do I begin Where do I begin
I would give them zero stars if I could. If I knew what I knew nw I would have never booked with them for my wedding. When you go for 1st meeting really nice. I booked my wedding with them January 2024 I got married this month wiled in sent me an email regarding a price increase for additional guest children went from £30 to £70 that's more them double now with me having all children as additional guest and having 30+ that was a lot of extra money. When I called up regarding this they was no support or anything it was just like you have to pay it or don't bring them also expected me to pay for under 1s or they couldn't eat. They wasn't interest at all. I payed for a suite to stay in the night before and it had a joint on room this wasn't even cleaned on arrival of hotel mucky towels on the floor and unmade bed and rubbish in bin and left over food all over. Also while you getting ready your not aloud a celebration drink with your wedding party if they catch alcohol in the room they fine you a £600 fine. They was carpet burn on the carpets in the room I was staying in. While I was getting married down stairs the hotel moves everybody's belongings and just puts them in honeymoon suite so quite a couple things went missing and still havnt been found. The bridal team are rude as soon as they have your money there not interested. Day after wedding no one came up ro congratulate us more say thanks or anything wouldn't recommend at all.I would give them zero stars if I could. We chose The Wildes for our wedding on 13th Sept 24. What a day we had !! I can honestly say Megan, the wedding team and staff made our day truly amazing , incredible and perfect. The wedding teams precision, passion, organisation and attention to detail meant that the whole day ran to perfection making sure we had nothing to worry about on our special day .We chose The Wildes for our wedding on 13th Sept 24. We recently got married here on 14th September 2024 in the Garden Ballroom. From the minute we arrived on the Friday to leaving on sunday the venue was astonishing! The staff couldn't have done more for us, from helping us check in, helping with the gifts and suits to delivering breakfast in the big day, to helping check out. The food was outstanding and accommodated for everyone. Megan, the wedding coordinator, was there at the drop of the hat helping with the planning and general reassurance.We recently got married here on 14th September 2024 in the Garden Ballroom. The perfect Venue!The perfect Venue!
We celebrated our wedding at Wildes Derbyshire yesterday, an unbelievable day at an unbelievable venue. The help and support we recieved from all at the hotel, impiticular Megan our wedding coordinator was amazing. Megan went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect! The food both in the restuarant on the evening prior to the wedding, and during the wedding was amazing! We look forward to our next visit!We celebrated our wedding at Wildes Derbyshire yesterday, an unbelievable day at an unbelievable venue. We got married here at the end of September 2024. Everything was beyond perfect! Our wedding coordinator and her team, Alex, made the day so incredibly streamlined it was by far the most organised wedding both ourselves and our guests have ever been to (of course we are going to be biased but I swear everyone agreed!).We got married here at the end of September 2024. We have recently had our wedding at Wildes inns and from booking our special day nearly a year ago right up to us actually getting married the wedding team at Wildes were excellent. Our wedding Co-ordinator was Jack and he could not have done any more to make sure it was the most perfect day. In the months leading upto our day the team were in regular contact making sure everything was organised and all would go well and it did, it was more than we could have wished for.We have recently had our wedding at Wildes inns and from booking our special day nearly a year ago right up to us actually getting married the wedding team at Wildes were excellent. We were really glad we made the right decision to choose Wildes Inn as our wedding venue few months ago in June. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an amazing wedding ceremony and reception there. All our guests had a wonderful time and everyone commented how delicious the food was. It's definitely a great venue for wedding . We were lucky enough to use the beautiful garden for our ceremony as it was a beautiful sunny day. . We had our wedding here and right from booking it 2 years previously, nothing has been too much trouble. Alex, our wedding co-ordinator, was absolutely fantastic and we consider many of the staff as good friends as we regularly visit the hotel and eat in the Orangery.We had our wedding here and right from booking it 2 years previously, nothing has been too much trouble. I attended as I was officiating a wedding vow renewal service. All the staff were welcoming and friendly and the place looked fantastic.
