We wanted to call out Paul & the rest of the kitchen team as we got loads of feedback on how amazing the food was all through the day. Alex & the team were also great through day. I know though there is lots of people doing bits in the background & is an overall team effort so wanted to give a wider shoutout. Not a single guests has told us they any issues with anything or anyone so compliments all round!The day went absolutely fantastic & we had a great time & I know the guests did too! We wanted to call out Paul & the rest of the kitchen team as we got loads of feedback on how amazing the food was all through the day. Alex & the team were also great through day. It was a fantastic experience from the moment we booked until we checked out. Declan was always on hand to answer any questions leading up to the ceremony , nothing was ever a problem. Our host for the day, Alex, was just a star. Everything was exactly as we wanted and she was always on hand to deal with anything and everything. We could not have asked for any more. The whole weekend was perfect and we cannot thank the staff enough. The hotel organised our wedding last weekend. It was a fantastic experience from the moment we booked until we checked out. Declan was always on hand to answer any questions leading up to the ceremony , nothing was ever a problem. Our host for the day, Alex, was just a star. How long have you been working in weddings?
I've been working in the wedding and events industry for over 6 years! Starting as a waitress, working through to luxury wedding catering, operational manager and now an in-house wedding coordinator.
I absolutely love weddings, and everything that comes along with planning them. I am here to make your planning journey as easy as possible - there's no such thing as a stupid question!
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
It's your day! Do what you want! It's all about you!
It doesn't matter what Aunt Linda or Great Uncle Mark think... it's your day! If you want neon signs and disco balls, go for it!
What’s your favourite personal touch you’ve seen at a wedding?
Anything with dogs! I love when your four-legged friends get involved. Even if it's just a picture, cardboard cutout, cake topper, or illustration on the menu - I love it!
Where’s the best photo spot at your venue?
Our little secret garden. We've got a love seat, a beautiful archway and some funky yellow deckchairs!
What’s your favourite canapé?
Canapes are the best part of a wedding, in my opinion! From our selection I'd have to choose the crispy pork belly! Mmmm
What’s your favourite midnight treat?
Might have to be the BBQ pulled pork or the gourmet hot dog! You can never go wrong with greasy street food!
What part of your business are you most proud of?
Our customer service. Each wedding we run is completely unique and we pride ourselves in our ability to look after each and every guest at your special day. Grandparents, newborns, and even your four-legged friends! Everyone is taken care of from the first step down the aisle, to the last stumble into the bedroom!
