Our wedding Coordinators are on hand to make your dream wedding come true. They are with you every step of the way, throughout the booking and planning process as well as being apart of your big day itself to ensure everything runs smoothly. With over 26 years’ experience at the Hotel, Olivia, Pauline and Amy can offer you first class guidance with a friendly and approachable touch, invaluable during such an exciting but often stressful time.

We started attending wedding fairs here and took our parents to have a look. We booked on our second visit. The location is just perfect. Pauline, Olivia and the rest of the team made the booking and planning so easy from start to finish. We got married here on 7th June 2025 and couldn’t have picked a better place to have our special day. When we started looking at venues, we weren’t really sure what we wanted. We fell for this venue very shortly after seeing it. We dealt mostly with Pauline and Olivia for the organisation of the wedding; they always replied promptly, and their replies always answered the query. They were also really friendly and nice to deal with. We were well looked after the whole day and everything went so smoothly, which we can only thank them for!First off, the venue is gorgeous. What is your venue's most unique feature?
Walton Hall is situated in the middle of a 26 acre lake only accessible by a picturesque wrought iron footbridge
What part of your business are you most proud of?
The staff are proud to work at Waterton Park Hotel. This can be proven by the majority of the staff having worked at the Hotel for many years and we pride ourselves in our high level of customer service, having won awards for this. We were also awarded the Eco Hotel of the year in 2014 due to the Geo Thermal Heating System which is installed to heat Walton Hall, drawing heating and energy from the surrounding lake.
