Thank you so much for setting up our wedding on Sunday. The room was absolutely beautiful and everything went so smoothly. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. All of our guests loved the food and enjoyed the night. The DJ was amazing too. We have had such a great time and made some great memories! Our parents, Jamie and I just want to say a big thank you for making it so special!

Now that we're back from our honeymoon I just wanted to get in touch and say a huge thank you to you and the whole team at the hotel for an incredible weekend for our wedding. We're both so grateful for all the hard work you put in to make our day run so flawlessly and look so incredible! Everything looked far more perfect than we'd ever imagined and the whole day went by so much more seamlessly than we ever thought it could and we're so thankful for everything you did to make that happen. Also a big thank you to everyone else as well. The restaurant team, bar staff, cleaners and reception staff were all so kind and did so much to accommodate us and make everything perfect on the Friday afternoon and evening, all day for our wedding Saturday and on Sunday morning as well. We're so grateful to you all and very much looking forward to coming back to celebrate many anniversaries in the future!

We just wanted to say a huge thank you to Anita and all the staff at the hotel following our wedding on the 31st of December 2021. Anita was fantastic and attentive and ensured our day was all we wanted and more!! The whole occasion from my arrival on the 30th until we left on the 2nd of January was 5 star!! The venue was beautiful, the food fabulous and the service fantastic!! We had the most memorable day and one we will treasure - Anita - we cannot thank you enough!! We've already booked the suite for our anniversary this year!! Thank you to all who made our day so special!!

We had the most fabulous day with you. All the staff were fantastic, so friendly, they made everyone feel so welcome. The food was first class, both wedding breakfast and evening buffet. You were so helpful, and lovely to work with. I would definitely recommend you and the hotel to anyone getting married!

Just a quick note to say a quick thank you for your efforts on Saturday – We had a wonderful evening and Elvis was well loved. Food was delicious and plentiful. Thanks for the music and stage management, Chris, it kept us all happy. Big credit to the barstaff with dyed blond bob – she was outstanding. Thank you for making everything easy 😊

We chose the Winchester Hotel and Spa for our wedding in September 2021, and we cannot find the right words to say how grateful we are to everyone there for helping make our wedding so perfect! Anita, Sally and the rest of the team were absolute stars from beginning to end. We felt so well looked after on the run up to and on the day, and guests had nothing but compliments for how beautiful the venue looked and how well run it all was. All the facilities were impressive, especially the Crystal Room where we were for the whole day. It’s a beautiful room anyway, but it looked extra special when dressed up! The food for the wedding breakfast was incredible, and the service was perfect. The food arrived hot and in good time, no awkward or long waits in between courses, and the wait staff were so friendly. All dietary requirements were addressed without an issue, and all had delicious alternatives! Even the young children had a special menu which went down a treat (much to the jealousy of the groom!). We cannot fault how well the day went, from the timings to the food and attention from all the staff. The packages offered by the venue are unquestionably value for money. We spent so much time comparing packages from other venues but none beat the package we picked with the Winchester Hotel, nor provided the flexibility we had either! To anyone looking for a central venue, please pick The Winchester Hotel and Spa. We cannot recommend it enough!
