The Willows London

We want to express our gratitude to everyone at The Willows after hosting our wedding reception. The process was smooth sail from beginning till the end. Special shout out to Erika for being so hospitable and going over and beyond. All the guest thoroughly enjoyed the ample space The Willows had to offer including scenic views, accessible premiere suite with balcony, clean manned restrooms, tons of parking spaces and many more.

My daughter had her wedding on the 24th October 2022, and it was amazing and organised. The staff were very helpful and efficient. Ameena who helped me from the beginning, she did more than what was asked as well as Sunu and Ruby who were also very helpful. I highly recommend The willows Banqueting and Events for any large events. The car park was also very big.

The Willows were highly professional, accommodated our guests well with the large parking space and lovely décor and the team kept in regular contact with us leading up to the wedding. Their terms were fair and clear. Even when things were unclear, they were able to rectify it and helped us as clients come to great conclusions. Thank you for making our wedding as amazing as it was.

Had my wedding here in February and everything was amazing. Very co-operative staff making everything super easy and efficient. Was dealt with by Mina and she was exceptional throughout. Highly recommend.

Great venue and management made the organising of our son's wake, comfortable. Great service and went beyond the call of duty. I'll definitely be using this venue again.

Had a wedding of 550 guests at Willows and the event was successful thanks to the Willows team. Erika was the person we were dealing with and she was very helpful and organised. The operations manager on the day provided excellent service and the security on site did a really good job. They were a very easy team to deal with.

Held an engagement event here and it went flawlessly, Staff were fantastic, food provided by the in-house team Silantro was on point. Great location with loads of parking perfect wedding venue!

My daughter got married at the willows this weekend over 2 day period. I have nothing but positive feedback for the place, people. Management team and the professionalism of everyone who works there. The team cannot help you enough, all I say to anyone reading this review. The ONE I will definitely say is you will not be disappointed if you ever book an occasion at williows.
