The service from start to finish was second to none, they were open and communicated so well throughout the whole planning process. In the months leading up to the Wedding we had a lot of correspondence with the hotel staff and I found it really easy to deal with them. Prior to the big day Lauren ran through a flexible day plan. I felt everything was perfectly timed on the day, it flowed so well and the staff all worked so hard to make the day as perfect as it was. I would highly recommend the Shankly Hotel.When we first walked into the reception of The Shankly Hotel we got great vibes straight away. All our guests commented on how amazing the staff were and just how gorgeous the venue was. Food was perfect! Great drinks and fabulous service all round.
